Hannah Ricketts is a Director in Forbes Tate Partners Grassroots practice. She splits her time between the firm’s DC and Boston offices.

Ms. Ricketts is a native of Seattle, Washington – and she brings more than four years of experience in grassroots logistics and strategies to the FTP Grassroots team.

Hannah’s expertise in designing and executing timely, relatable, and actionable grassroots efforts have helped to broadcast the voices of the men and women impacted by decisions in DC – and in cities across the U.S. – ensuring key policy debates include the opinions of stakeholders with a variety of backgrounds and interest in said debates.

As Client Engagement Manager, Ms. Ricketts supports clients’ comprehensive strategies by helping to design and execute activities and logistics of advocacy campaigns. This includes translating local voices to third party ally support that resonates both inside and outside the Beltway, developing operative relationships, tracking grassroots engagement, and coordinating all vendor activities.

FTP’s grassroots process – devised to elevate the political salience of clients’ issues and provide avenues for advocates to share their stories – is an ideal fit for Hannah, as she came to FTP from political consulting firm Greenberg Quinlan Rosner, where she served as the Lead Field Research Associate.

Hannah, a 2012 graduate of Colby College, has held numerous internships in the political research, fundraising, and consulting realm. She has also worked on several campaigns, including marriage equality in Maine and Jay Inslee’s successful bid for Washington governor.
