Elizabeth Gonzalez

Elizabeth Gonzalez is the Senior Vice President of Operations at Forbes Tate Partners and has been with the firm since its inception in 2012.

In her capacity as Senior Vice President, Ms. Gonzalez oversees the planning and execution of the firm’s administrative and business operations for all departments, and has led projects for compensation analysis, performance management, and leadership development. She manages contracts and compliance, multi-department personnel, office management, and event coordination.

Prior to joining FTP, Ms. Gonzalez worked with various California State legislators, including former California Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones and former California State Senator Deborah Ortiz, where she researched policy issues and coordinated constituent events. Additionally, Ms. Gonzalez served as an employment service specialist at Asian Resources, Inc., a local non-profit organization in Sacramento, California, where she managed a federal youth program administered through the Workforce Investment Act for historically underserved youth. While at Asian Resources, Ms. Gonzalez served as a volunteer coordinator for a local school board campaign, and as a policy committee member for the Sacramento Works for Better Health initiative with The California Endowment. Ms. Gonzalez also completed a yearlong fellowship with the Women’s Policy Institute under the Women’s Foundation of California working on health reform implementation.

Throughout the years, Ms. Gonzalez has been relied upon for a multitude of firmwide projects. Ms. Gonzalez works directly with the Founding and Managing Partners as a member of the firm’s management team, focusing on strategic planning, human resources and hiring processes, and internal and external initiatives. Ms. Gonzalez also manages all fundraising activities, working with the firm’s principals to develop and maintain a dynamic list of potential fundraising efforts that embody the firm’s overall philosophy and goals and oversees the coordination and successful execution of these events.

A native of California, Ms. Gonzalez graduated from the University of California, Davis with a B.A. in sociology.
