Justin is a Partner on the Government Relations Team – he has been a high-level executive with multi-national Tech companies, was a U.S. Presidential Appointee, and carries 17 years of government affairs and communications experience across 70 nations.

Justin has spent 17 years working with governments worldwide at every level. After graduating from the University of Florida in 2007, Justin was appointed to serve as an appointee in President Bush’s Administration doing intergovernmental and external affairs for the Secretary of the Interior. After his time in government, Justin worked for the Transatlantic Business Council, advising multinationals in the EU, U.S., and Canada on how to influence Brussels, Washington, and Ottawa. In 2011, Justin went into Tech—working first for Orbitz, then joining a then-unknown Uber. Justin helped build and lead Uber’s policy and communications functions, first in the Americas and then globally, opening offices and expanding markets for Uber in all 50 U.S. States and 70 nations worldwide. In 2020, Justin managed Uber’s California statewide ballot initiative campaign on worker classification, Prop-22, winning 59-41%. At its time, Prop-22 was the most expensive ballot measure in California state history. Justin left Uber to join Peloton as a Senior Vice President in 2021, where he founded their Government Affairs function before joining Forbes Tate Partners in 2024.

Justin served as a Board Director of The Internet Association (2015), was a founding Board Director of the Autonomous Vehicle Industry Association (2016-2018), has been an active member of The Economic Club of Washington since 2021, and serves on the non-profit Board of Directors for the University of Florida Gator Boosters.

Justin resides in Arlington, VA with his wife and two young children.
