Gerhard Williams IV is an Assistant with the operations team at FTP.

Originally born in Kentucky, Gerhard grew up in Huntington, WV, Ellicott City, MD, and Jacksonville, FL before attending college and playing football for the University of Pennsylvania. At Penn, he majored in Philosophy, Political Science, and Economics with a focus in public policy and governance. After graduation, Gerhard completed a year of teaching service through AmeriCorps at Ballou High School in Southeast D.C. He previously served as a campaign organizer, and most recently worked in the customer service department of OptumRx.

In his free time, Gerhard enjoys skateboarding around the National Mall looking for a spot for his hammock. He is an avid Philly sports fan.
