Ryan Fraase is a Partner on the Digital team in the Public Affairs Department. 

Ryan is a leader in the areas of profitability and operations. Prior to joining FTP, he implemented strategic initiatives and oversaw performance at Engage. Ryan also assisted in developing, implementing, and managing Engage’s company objectives and key results (OKRs), project and team performance standards, and essential resource and capability allocations. 

In his role as Vice President at Engage, he focused on project and process optimization, and managed the assets required to meet each project’s needs while maintaining project budgets. 

Ryan joined Engage in 2014 with an extensive background in management and politics. Before his time at Engage, he was the director of production at Rising Tide Media Group, located in Alexandria, Virginia. He has served as a special assistant to the Senate Majority Leader for the North Dakota Senate Republican Caucus and as a field director for the Republican National Committee. 

In his free time, you will likely find him on an airplane, either taking flight lessons or traveling. When he is on the ground, you will find him playing piano, composing music, or running. Ryan and his wife live in Texas.
