Stacey Rolland

Stacey Rolland is a senior vice president within FTP’s government relations practice, bringing nearly two decades of experience in Congress, the Treasury Department, and the private sector.

She has a strong understanding of developing regulatory and legal landscapes and strategic partnerships across an array of policy issues, including emerging technologies, financial services, and tax.

Stacey served in executive roles at a Fortune 100 financial institution, overseeing the company’s regulatory exam strategy, risk assessment function modernization, and financial management, operations, and partnership management across the U.S. and abroad.
She previously served within the Treasury Department as Chief of Staff to the Office of Tax Policy and senior advisor to the Office of Legislative Affairs. She also served as senior policy advisor to Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Congressman Xavier Becerra, helping to manage the prioritization and development of major tax, financial, and economic legislation.
She holds a J.D. from UCLA School of Law, a B.A. from Smith College, and CIPP/US and CIPM certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Stacey lives in Alexandria, VA with her husband and their two children.
