William May

William May is a Vice President in the public affairs practice at Forbes Tate Partners.

He brings extensive experience in public affairs and public relations, strategic communications, grasstops advocacy, and business development to the firm. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies, industry-leading trade associations, coalitions, think tanks, and non-profits across a range of sectors, including financial services, transportation, and health care. He assists clients looking to advocate their positions to key federal and state policymakers, amplify their voices in the media, and protect their brands and reputations.

Before joining FTP, Will held several roles at another D.C.-based public affairs firm where he helped craft, manage, and execute public affairs campaigns and develop their business development and marketing functionality.

Will is a native of the D.C. metro area and received his B.A. from Wake Forest University. He currently lives in Washington’s Adams Morgan neighborhood with his wife, Grace.
