FORBES TATE PARTNERS ADDS ADVOCACY AND MANUFACTURING EXPERT TIFFANY ADAMS TO PUBLIC AFFAIRS TEAM
FTP Continues Expansion With Addition Of Senior Vice President
WASHINGTON – Forbes Tate Partners (FTP) today announced the addition of Tiffany Adams as a Senior Vice President to its strategic communications and public affairs team. Adams brings with her more than 25 years of experience working directly with global and domestic manufacturers and industry trade associations. At FTP, Tiffany will work with clients on the full spectrum of advocacy strategy, from grassroots outreach and coalition management to program design, implementation, and event management.
Previously, Adams worked for the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) as Vice President, Public Affairs in the External Relations Division. She managed member and employee engagement programs, annual legislative fly-ins, and in-district congressional events across the country. She also developed and implemented a program for C-level executives to develop essential strategic leadership skills to communicate effectively with policymakers and engage with government.
“I couldn’t be happier to join a high-caliber firm where the public affairs and research teams are integrated and complement each other so well. FTP is unique inside and outside the Beltway in this aspect,” said Adams. “I’m excited to dive in and hit the ground running.”
Prior to joining FTP, Adams also ran her own consultancy, T. Adams Consulting, LLC, a firm specializing in advocacy program assessment, including meeting and legislative fly-in optimization, and executive and team coaching, and continues to serve as an executive and leadership coach in this capacity.
In addition, Adams served on the Board of the Public Affairs Council and the Women in Government Relations LEADER Foundation, where she served as Chair.
“Tiffany brings decades of experience executing advocacy campaigns around the country, and her expertise in trade engagement strategy and manufacturing adds another layer of understanding in these policy areas,” said Founding Partner Jeff Forbes. “We want to provide clients with a united lobbying and public affairs strategy that ensures their success, and Tiffany’s addition will do just that.”
