Justin Moorad is a strategic growth leader with deep expertise driving digital transformation to unlock scalable, long-term growth. As Vice President of Marketing & Business Development at FTP, he advances the firm’s integrated marketing strategy and growth initiatives, driving brand strategy, thought leadership, digital audience expansion, and strategic partnerships.

Prior to joining FTP, Justin held strategic roles across media, technology, private capital, and public affairs, with a focus on digital growth and innovation. His experience includes product leadership at The Walt Disney Company and FOX Networks Group; strategic digital advisory to investors and organizations across private and public sectors; and investment diligence and portfolio strategy for venture and growth equity firms including TCG, K Street Capital, and 1776 Ventures.

Justin holds an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson and a B.A. in Political Economy from Georgetown University.
