FORBES TATE PARTNERS EXPANDS PUBLIC AFFAIRS PRACTICE
Jeanne Moran Joins FTP as a Director of Strategic Communications and Grassroots
WASHINGTON, DC – Forbes Tate Partners (FTP) today announced the addition of Jeanne Moran as a Director in its Public Affairs practice. Moran joins Forbes Tate Partners as the firm continues to rapidly expand its strategic communications and grassroots offerings to better provide clients with a one-stop shop.
In her new role, Moran will manage strategic communications and grassroots advocacy efforts for public affairs clients – conducting media relations and social media strategies, and focusing on ally development and stakeholder engagement nationwide.
“In growing our public affairs services, we want to provide clients with a united lobbying and communications strategy that ensures our clients’ success,” said FTP Founding Partner Jeff Forbes. “Jeanne brings extensive experience driving home public affairs campaigns that have helped take her clients’ regulatory objectives across the finish line, and we’re thrilled to have her do the same here at FTP.”
Moran comes to Forbes Tate Partners from the consulting firm LMG Public Affairs, where she helped develop public affairs plans for trade associations and corporations in the music and telecommunications industries. While there, she conducted full-scale communications and grassroots campaigns to amplify her clients’ legislative and regulatory efforts with stakeholders inside and outside the Beltway.
Prior to LMG, Moran spent three years at APCO Worldwide on the public affairs team in Washington, D.C. In that role, Moran worked on media relations, crisis communications, and stakeholder engagement to service a variety of nonprofits, trade associations, and Fortune 50 companies in the transportation, manufacturing, telecommunications, and media industries.
“Given FTP’s reputation creating unique public affairs campaigns that work seamlessly within broader advocacy endeavors, I’m excited to contribute to Forbes Tate Partners’ efforts to broadcast our clients’ messages to the audiences that matter most,” added Moran.
A native Washingtonian, Moran started her career on Capitol Hill working with the U.S. House Energy & Commerce Committee, the National Republican Congressional Committee, and in the office of U.S. Senator David Vitter.
Moran attended Tulane University in New Orleans and graduated in 2012 with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
